Special interest groups are welcome at Bawdsey Manor.  You may choose from two types of accommodation: student Residences or a mixture of student rooms, standard rooms and guest rooms in The Manor House. You can opt for half board or full board. 

Student Residences
The Beach Houses, on the river front, have bunk bedrooms for two to four people.  Each pair of houses accommodates 20 students plus two staff (staff have single en-suite rooms).  There are four student bathrooms and two common rooms in each pair of houses. Simple kitchens can be used for self-catering.  

Manor Standard Rooms
There are seven standard rooms in the Manor House, either single or twin, available for group bookings.  

Manor Student Rooms
We have a further eight two to four-bedded student rooms in the Manor which can be booked in conjunction with guest or standard rooms.

Manor Guest Rooms
There are nine superior Guest Rooms in the Manor; four are double and five are single.  Go to Bed and Breakfast for more information.

Minimum 10 people per group - 1 free place for every 10 places booked in Manor Standard and Manor Student Rooms.

Prices are for single, double or multiple occupancy. 

For full board add £25 per person to the price. 

Beach House £160 per night without breakfast.  Continental breakfast in the Beach House for £50 per house. Full English breakfast in the Manor for £70 per house. Full board £35 per person per night.
