Booking your Civil Ceremony, Reception or Special Celebration
Once you have agreed a date with us, we will ask you to complete a booking and provide a non-returnable deposit for the Functions Suite hire.  The remainder of the payment for venue and accommodation hire must be paid four weeks in advance of the event.

At the same time, if relevant, you will need to contact the Deben Registrar to confirm his or her availability.

Planning Meeting
We will invite you to a Planning Meeting at which we will discuss all aspects of your event and draw up a personalised plan for your special day.
